GROOVE DESIGN
Walla hollow core panels are made to have tongue and groove so that the installation time can be achieved 3 to 5 times faster than doing with ALC Block. Walla panels can be easily sawn, cut, drilled and chiselled. Walla panels are much lighter than other traditional panels such as cement blocks, concrete panels etc. The weight is only 70kg/m2 with thickness 100mm in comparison to traditional precast concrete at 120 - 140 kg/m2.
Walla panels are easy to handle and work with. From the standard size, any panel can be cut or adjust to a desired size by using normal chisel or saw. Uneven end or broken surface can be patched by Walla putty.
Walla panels can be easily stored on the contruction site by stracking or simply lining up on the ground. Walla once dried from production, its water absorption is less than 15% therefore leaving it outdoor during the contruction is unproblematic.
Walla panels are easy erect and secure. The idea is to have less work force by having fewer skilled workers and substantial reduction of unskilled staff or labour onsite, which means having less workers but higher productivity.
